Placing Your Order: What are the benefits of ordering online?

Payment Methods: What types of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Bank Transfers, Zelle Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, . Receive a 2% discount when you pay with a personal check or bank check (cashier’s check). All check types are subject to a clearing period of 5 business days prior to order shipment.
Free Shipping: Is shipping free within the lower 48 states? AK/HI?
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states with no hidden fees.
Shipping Time: How long will it take for my outboard to arrive?
Delivery times will differ based on the destination (in the lower 48 states, a typical transit time is 3–7 business days).
Tracking Info: How is tracking information provided?
Tracking details are sent to you through email, usually 24 to 48 hours after you complete your online transaction. You may find the tracking details on your final invoice or receipt.
After receiving the outboard motors, you have three (3) calendar days to report any freight or shipment damage to CWS. The buyer/customer is in charge of reporting any damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. The buyer must notify the seller of any outboard damage before accepting delivery. The outboard cannot be refused by the customer due to damage. The customer will be responsible for preserving and protecting all factory packaging in the event of shipping or freight damage. This includes, but is not limited to, all external packaging, all internal foam, bubble wrap, and cardboard supports. Should a product sustain damage during transportation and CWS is notified in a timely and appropriate manner, CWS will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company. Loss or damage to items that
Shipping Outside U.S.: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. Sorry, we are only able to ship inside the U.S. 50 states per manufacturer guidelines. Sorry, no exceptions.
Warranty Registration Card: What is your Dealer Code/Name?
A warranty registration card will be included in the box with your new Tohatsu. Fill out this form and send it back to the maker by mail. To finish the card, you will need the following details: Dealer Code: 114TN; Dealer Name: CWS/Outboardsales Note: For outboard motors under 25 horsepower, pre-delivery inspection forms are not required to be filled out. Prior to being crated, outboards of 30 horsepower and less undergo factory tank testing. CWS will register your outboard’s warranty with the following manufacturers: Honda, Suzuki, and Mercury.
Trade-Ins: Do you accept trade-ins?
No. We apologize, but we only take trade-ins from inside our own local market. A profitable trade-in operation is almost tough to manage because of transportation costs. There are usually better returns when you sell your engine altogether, and there are no shipping expenses to lose.
Used/Non-Current: Do you sell used or non-current outboards?
No, we only provide brand-new outboards from the current model year. Rarely, we might have a non-current during a model year change. In that scenario, our home page would prominently display a sale.
